Responsibilities:
Job Purpose / Key Objective:
Resolve first line HR requests in line with turn-around time SLA's, quality standards and policies. Transfer specialist cases to HRS second line specialist as appropriate and communicate effectively with managers, employees and on site HR.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Take, investigate and resolve first line calls and e-mails to the HR Services desk in line with turn-around time SLA's and quality standards. ？
2. Take on first-line questions and cases and register and control client cases in the administrative system. 3. Provide customers with information or advice in case of first-line questions and cases and/or refer complex questions or questions that require follow-up to HRS second line specialist.
4. Interpret and apply HR policy and procedures to advice managers and employees on basic HR queries. ？5. Assist BU/Site HR to maintain employee files; scan and attach relevant documents to employee files if necessary, and ensure access is provided as required. ？
6. Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader. ？
7. Contribute to the transfer and retention of knowledge and information within and outside the front office and keep the HRS knowledge management system up-to-date. ？
8. Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experiences:
Education & Major:
Management Major and related, with college degree or above.
Language skill & certificate:
Fluently verbal English, and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred
Related working experience:
2 ~ 4 years relevant HR working experience
Computer skill & certificate:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others.
Skills & Competencies: ？
1. Broad knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization; ？
2. Familiar with national & local labour related laws, as well as company HR policies ？
3. Strong data sense and focus on details ？
4. Excellent process management skill, and good follow-up skill; ？
5. Good analytical and problem solving skill; ？
6. Good listening and communication skill; ？
7. Customer manic with good service attitude; ？
8. Good team player and discipline; ？
9. Pursuit for executional excellence;
