职位描述：
Job Descriptions:

1.Act as project manager after PO is signed. PO details follow up, make sure factories correctly understand customers’ requirement. Set up product configuration sheet, make sure all packaging details, artworks etc. are correct before mass production.
2.Check pre-production samples against product specifications and configurations to ensure that they meet with related quality standards. Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
3.Factory audit: check factories' quality system, environmental control, production capacity, cooperation level, and social accountability etc.
4.Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems
5.Set up inspection and test plan.
6.Monitor the production schedule, in-process quality control.
7.Conduct or coordinate for pre-shipment inspection.
8.Arrange lab test, product certification etc.
9.Coordinate with sales, sourcing and engineering team to ensure product quality during product development process.
10.Perform other duties as assigned by the management.


Job Requirements:

1.Education Level: College or university graduated, preferably major in mechanical or electric engineering.
2.Years of Experience: At least 5 years experiences in manufacturing industry, buying/trading office, or third party inspection company in quality control of consumer products for US/EU Market, familiar with UL, EN safety standards.
3.Language Skills: Good at written English, intermediate level of oral English.
4.Proficient in computer operation (word, excel, powerpoint, photoshop etc.).
5.Good understanding and knowledge about foreign trade business and it's procedure.
6.Strong teamwork and coordination skill, good at communication. Good learning ability.
7.Willing to work under pressure.
8.Travel Requirements: necessary travel to factories in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces is needed. 举报 分享
