职位描述：
工作内容：
一、仓库规划与管理制度建立
（1）制定和执行仓库工作计划，完善仓库工作规范；
（2）制定安全制度，并落实库房区域内的安全消防和5S工作；
（3）制定仓库的工作操作流程和管理制度，并监督仓库人员遵守各项制度，确保仓库工作的顺利完成。
（4）监督仓库人员的日常工作，并加以检查；
（5）优化现有流程，对工作中发生的问题进行原因分析和制订防止对策；
二、仓库日常现场管理
（1）监督执行货物质量管理办法，确保仓储现场每日工作符合部门规范，并保持工作高效；
（2）监督实施仓储工作安全规范，确保仓储现场工作符合安全规范；
（3）检查原材料零件的收、发、存，转帐过程及管理；
（4）负责保持仓库干净，整洁，负责仓储物资的安全管理；
（5）协助物控部门进行仓库物料库存的控制,安全库存的建立，欠料及时提报,跟催.制定与执行紧急物料的处理流程.
三、仓库绩效管理监督；
（1）确保仓储货物质量，及时掌握仓储情况，保证库存的质量和准确率；
（2）负责仓库进出库帐务处理及盘点工作，确保实物与帐面数据的一致性；
（3）完成货品的发送及运输报表整理等工作；
（4）定期汇总各项仓库管理报表，并根据管理报表改进仓库运作；
任职要求：
具备经验及技能：
1. 大专以上，3-5年仓库管理经验；
2. 有成本和质量的概念
3. 熟练的英语读写能力；
4. 熟练使用各类办公软件（尤其EXCEL）；
5. .熟悉ERP系统；
6. .有叉车证优先；
7. 有团队合作精神，诚实可信，品德优良；
8. 能配合加班，愿意接受工作中的挑战。 举报 分享
