MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Responsible for customer complains (especially for ECB issue), report preparation for internal and external customer as requested.
2. Continuous monitoring and systematic analysis of warranty returning and of respective indicators to identify trends and/or possible upcoming issues.
3. Initiation and leading of warranty reviews (where appropriate with the customer), warranty costs and “No Trouble Found”- incident projects and activities to implement corrective actions company-wide.
4. Negotiation of rates and parameters of recognition with the respective customer with the goal to define cost optimized warranty settlements.
5. Coordinate of warranty issue level1 and level2 diagnosis process, and follow up the progress closely.
6. Build up good relationship with customers. Ensure customers are satisfied with our products and service.
7. On-site visit dealer side to investigate the hot issue if required.
KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
1. Good acknowledge of quality tools, such as 8D. SPC. MSA and etc;
2. Good Microsoft Office player;
3. Fluent in English, both oral and written;
4. Familiar with Office application;
5. Willing to travel and work under high pressure.
