2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
2.1 Develop and maintain standards and the Engineering records
      提高维护标准和工程记录。
2.2 Make tool fixture and machine specifications
      制定夹具和机器规格
2.3 Find, develop and supervise Machine and tool builders job
      提高并监督机床和工具制造工的职责
2.4 Supervise the SOS works and report in case of abnormality.
      监督SOS运行，并报告异常情况
2.5 Learn MSD techniques.
      学习MSD技术
2.6 Work in international environment.
      在国际环境中工作

4 Job Specifications：岗位要求
4.1 General requirements 基本素质要求
4.1.1 Good command of English ( both spoken and written )
良好的英文读写能力
4.1.2 Deep understanding of assembly and gaging process.
对装配和测量工艺有深刻的理解。
4.1.3 Good problem solving capability , result oriented.
           良好的解决问题和结果导向的能力
4.14 Precise in working .
        对工作要求严格精准
4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements. 专业技能要求
4.2.1 Understanding of the automotive standards such as , MSA, FMEA / CP, SPC ,
         GD&T ( Gaging, dimensioning and tolerancing )
         理解自动化制造工业相关知识，例如：MSA(测量系统分析)、FMEA(失效模式
         及后果分析)、CP（控制计划）、SPC（统计过程控制）、GD&T(量具,
         尺寸和误差)
 4.2.2 Proven project management ability. Capability to manage multiple tasks at the same
           time at different places
           具有工程管理的能力。能够在不同地点同时完成多项任务。
4.2.3 Familiar with PLC programming, good control at CAD software.
            熟练使用PLC进行设备调试，熟悉PLC编程，熟练使用CAD软件
