职位描述：
1 Job Summary工作概况:
1.1 Coordinate with SSC to complete monthly, semi-annual and annual period closing. Maintain MARS system. Asset management (including fixed assets, management of spare parts). Risk and Funds Control. Complete the annual audit with PWC;
        配合SSC完成月度，半年度以及年度结账；维护MARS系统；资产管理（包括固定资产，备件管理），风险控制；资金控制；配合PWC完成年度审计；
     
2 Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
2.1 Finish monthly / semi-annual / annual closing. Prepare monthly/semi-annual/annual report about HB1 and HB2. Sort out the list of charges and accrued. Enter the data into MARS system. Organize and Maintain correspondence rules about HB1, HB2 and SAP specific subjects;
月度/半年度/年度结算,准备月度/季度/年度HB1，HB2报告；整理费用及预提清单；完成MARS系统录入；整理并维护HB1，HB2 和SAP具体科目的对应规则；

2.2 Coordinate with SSC colleagues to complete the related work, including certificate application, tracking and solving AR AP FA and issues. Answer questions about MARS system and maintain SAP system;
配合SSC的同事完成相关工作，包括凭证申请，AR，AP，FA等问题的跟踪处理，解决；MARS系统问题的解答和SAP系统的维护；

2.3 Check out the list of the closing work and supervise relevant departments to implement timely. Give guidance to other colleagues. Responsible for explaining the definition of MARS account and maintaining the related rules;
制定结帐工作清单，并监督相关部门按时执行；对部门其他同事给予指导，负责解释MARS account的定义和维护规则；
 
2.4 Analyze and gather the related expense. Coordinate with other colleagues to track and gather the related expense and analyze the data;
费用的归集和分析；配合其他同事，对费用进行汇总，追踪，并进行相关分析；

2.5 Sort out the data of Thermal and controlling closing;
整理公共盘，controlling结账的相关资料；

2.6 Calculate deferred income tax and Capital budget;
递延所得税的计算；资金预算；

4 Job Specifications岗位要求:
4.1 General requirements 基本素质要求
4.1.1 5 years of accounting and analytical experience required, preferably with a related industry and with a multi-national company.
5年的会计和分析的经验，跨国公司的相关行业优先考虑。
4.1.2Fluent oral and written English communication skills.

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements专业技能要求:
4.2.1College graduate or above in accounting or related major.
大专或以上学历，会计或相关专业
4.2.2CPA or ACCA preferred;
CPA 或 ACCA优先考虑
4.2.3Capable of handling complex spreadsheet applications in Microsoft suite of business software.
