职位描述：
1. New/Alternative vendor sourcing for outsourcing projects on driving cost, quality continuous improvement to support business needs.
2. Assist RD/PD on new product development, coordinate sample trials, follow up on sample status and testing, support on product spec implementation etc.
3. Support QA to establish vendor quality system, team work with related functions on vendor qualification, on-site audit as well as vendor performance evaluation.
4. Review and implement purchasing contract, release PO after PR approval, follow up order shipments closely, make sure on-time delivery, well prepared for shipping documents. Update shipping schedule periodically.
5. Work with QA to handle customer complaint, coordinate with vendor on root cause investigation, drive vendors to provide solutions for quality continuous improvement.
6. Manage and develop relationship with outsourcing partners, drive vendors on cost saving improvements. Complete and update the saving reports every month.
7. Must be willing and able to travel frequently

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in polymer materials or it’s related products is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in purchasing .
3. Experience in film, glue, extrusion coating or glue lamination industry or its downstream or upstream industry is preferred.
4. Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with experience of ERP system implementation.
5. Team Oriented: Ability to work effectively with other team members (internal and external) at all levels of the organization to achieve target objectives.
6. Integrity: Demonstrates honesty and the highest ethical standards. Avoid conflict of interest. Respect Berry’s ethical standards.
