-Handing all the routine purchase works:
 a. Raise purchase orders & Apply for order payments;
 b. Communicate with forwarders for Customs clearance work of shipment to Headquarter in the UK;
 c. Make clear recorder for each order's payment and shipment status.
 d. Others daily works assigned by team leader;
-Create and maintain database for all suppliers and products;
-Maintain ISO and CE filing system;
-Work closely with head buyer to negotiate and communicate with suppliers(including new supplier sourcing and cost negotiation);
-Working & enquiring with test houses & government authorities,like but not limited as Free Sales Certificate,Country of Origin,and so on;
-General accounts & admin support


-负责所有采购相关的日常工作：
 a.生成订单和付款申请的工作；
 b.与货代沟通有关发往英国总部的货物清关工作；
 c.做好对每一个订单的付款与发货跟踪记录；
 d.其它领导要求的日常工作；
-建立和维护供应商和产品的数据信息；
-维护ISO和CE认证的文件体系；
-和采购经理密切合作有关与供应商的谈判和沟通事宜（包括新供应商的评估与价格谈判）；
-与第三方检测机构或政府认证机构咨询与合作相关事宜,比如但不限于申请自由销售证书，原产地证书等；
-协助财务等其它相关辅助工作；


Position requirement/岗位要求：

College graduation or above;
3+ years working experience, working experience on documentation is advanced;
Easy to communicate with others;
Eager to learn something new;
Team work;
Fast and great at solving problems;
Ambitious & willing to go above & beyound requirements;
Fluent English,Writing and speaking;
Familar with import&export procedures will be prefect.


大专以上学历；
3年以上工作经验，有相关的文件工作经验者优先；
易与他人沟通；
渴望学习新的知识；
有团队合作精神；
快速解决问题的能力；
有野心并愿意进取；
英语口语写作熟练；
