Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruitment need, job posting, advertising, resume search, interview arrangement, etc.;
2. Responsible for pre-on boarding process for all new hires & exit interview for all resignees
3. Responsible for all labor contracts management
4. Responsible for training issues, like planning, evaluation, reporting, etc.
5. Responsible for employee communication activities
6. Responsible for ER case handle.
7. Responsible for Payroll, social fund, hose fund, etc. until Payroll specialist is on board
8. Assist on HR policy, process enforcement and improving, helping to draft/revise/ finalize polices and process.
9. Other works assigned by HR Manager.
Major Requirements / Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in English, Administration, HR or relevant majors.
2. At least 5+ years HR experience under multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
3. Has interviewing and assessment skills.
4. Has training and analysis skills.
5. Familiar with local labors law and regulations.
6. Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
7. Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
8. Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management.
9. Logical thinking, patient & carefulness.
10. Good customer service, verbal and writing skills.
11. Excellent in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and function specific software.
12. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
