职位描述：
1.Purchasing process management to ensures on time material supply. Cost effective shipping term adopting to comply with freight term governance. Contingency planning & execution to secure the material supply and eliminate the production stoppage caused by emergency. Participating inventory management to ensure the optimized inventory management system

2.Supplier management including non-conformance disposition.

3.Leads or supports supplier qualification & assessment. Purchasing process compliance & record retention to comply with Company quality management system.

4.Cost management.

5.Spare parts management system set up & development. Processes defining & enhancement covers initializing, SAP maintenance, warehousing, inventory management, etc. to deliver cost effectiveness and operation efficiency

6.Annual budgeting participation

7.New projects support to secure the project schedule

8.Supply chain improvement projects initializing & execution focus on cost & operation performance enhancement 举报 分享
