The role involves supporting the implementation of the TiO2 Sourcing program in the AkzoNobel sBU's and supporting the operational activities for all related TiO2 projects.
Responsibilities
? Support the implementation of the TiO2 sourcing program: Opportunity identification, initial commercial evaluation, sample request, coordination of Technical/HSE&S evaluation, project following up...
? Daily operational support for AkzoNobel BUs: Delivery, complaint on quality, complaint on payment...
? Documentations: Contract, vendor policy, SSV documents, specifications, TDS/MSDS, REACH documents...
? Supplier management and development: Market study, program (Technical improvement, sustainability improvement...) following up, suppliers' movement investigation, regular meeting arrangement...
Requirements
? University Degree, chemical or commercial background preferred.
? Sourcing experience preferred.
? Ability to handle multi-tasks & deliver results independently with clear priority in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
? Cross function team work.
? Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills
? Fluent English, good oral & written communications and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency with entire MS Office and familiarity with the extraction/ analysis of BW.
? Business travel needed.
