AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Domestics trade business and export business handling Make order entry and shipment, check backlog status every day, eview early warnings for new ship dates and reason codes and proactively relates this information to the customers and sales, prepare OA and send to customer on time, follow up order policy and DoA to handle daily job, RMA/CR/DR/FOC/Cancellation handling and follow up, establish new accounts based on customer provided information, work with customer, sales team and finance department to resolve delinquent account receivable.

Check PO
Before order entry, review each customer contract / PO to make sure it is in line with SAP system setup and terms and conditions requested by company; apply for approvals for any special terms and conditions.

Customer Relationship Maintenance. Work with Sales to establish and maintain customer business relationships including communicating with customers via telephone, e-mail and fax; develop skills and knowledge to better solve customer issues;participate in customer visits to TE facilities and customer locations; represents the customer’s point of view during internal decision making process in order to build good relationship with customers and effectively resolve customer issues.evaluate and accept customer special request. Answer the customer’s inquiry (LT, stock, product description, custom clearance, quality guarantee letter, price issue…)

Handle complaint.
Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, by bringing the complaints back to the relevant department and following up on corrective actions to customers (including return,refund,replacement,customer claims, etc), cooperate QA to input data in SAP correctly and follow up the result.
Reports preparation
Prepare all relevant customer and sales reports as required and make sure all the data is actual and accurate.

Internal Coordination Strengthen relationships with Planner, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Product management team, and other functions in order to get effective support and satisfy customer requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in marketing or buisness adminstration
- 5 year’s customer service experience, manufacturing plant experience will be preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- SAP knowledge & skill is preferred.
- Positive

- Open minded and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of business and order fulfillment
- Good team work spirit
