Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. Minimum 3-5 years in similar position
3. Experienced on purchasing management and vendor management.Must be familiar with SAP

5. Strong computer skills of MS office, such as Excel/Word/Access.Good command English including oral and written.
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day purchase order management, including releasing order based on MRP, chasing suppliers for order acknowledgement, delivery schedule follow up, regular check and review of open orders etc.
2. Day to day vendor management to make supplier make suppliers understand RFS requirement and expectation on cost, quality, delivery and service, drive suppliers to improve overall performance consistently.
3. Pull in and Push out execution to fulfill build plan and customer’s request while maintain optimal inventory turns
4. Solve material quality issues together with SQE, arrange goods return, replacement
5. Deal with payment issues, to coordinate between finance dept. and suppliers.
6. Act as the window between RFS and suppliers to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation to achieve win-win supplier partnership
7. Accomplish other tasks assigned by purchasing manager
