Requirment:
1.At least 6 years working experience in relative position which including Supervisor of Import & Export business, Senior trading compliance.
2.College degree or above, preferably in international trade or business.
3.Work experience in Heavy industry or mechanical equipment is preferred.
4.Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
5.Be familiar with Customs, CIQ affair, export processing trade.
6.Qualification of China Customs is a must.
Job Responsilities:
Responsible for administrating Import and Export business for Crown Branch China, including forklifts, spare parts and equipment in the Asian market. Responsible for daily operation, Customs and inspection affairs, import license and HTS code determination and maintenance. Evaluate and improve broker and forwarder performance and cost. Supporting other I&E section. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and may receive direction from the Manger of Trade Compliance, Internal Audit, or Legal.
60% Forklift & Spare part Import
Monitor the services of Customs Brokers and oversight of Export Agents to ensure compliance with company policy and any applicable government laws or regulations. Work with Broker on customs clearance of Forklift, Including Hongkong and Bonded area/zone business. Make payment request for Duty and VAT. Coordinate relative import documents and update in I&E database.
Work with broker and Branch to resolve customs’ inquiry regarding import items to facilitate smooth customs clearance. Seeking for the improvement opportunity.
Work with Sales admin of Branch on bonded warehouse (“BWH”) management and outbound BWH transportation. Evaluate and improve broker and forwarder performance and cost.
Supporting Spare part Import and assist with improving clearance time.
10% Trade Compliance Administration Classifications
Responsible for Classification under the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS), Ensure all items have the required codes in accordance with company policy and procedures and are properly maintained in secure table. Maintain recordkeeping requirements in accordance with company policy and procedures. Ensure the highest level of data and document integrity. Supporting Trade Compliance responsibility for the corporation.
10% Supplier Management
Assist with management of vendor which conducts import/export business. Evaluate vendor performance and seek improvement opportunities.
 10% Communication with Trade Compliance department
Maintain communication with Crown Global locations to ensure uniform policy and procedures. Communicate changes to China Customs requirements (e.g. CCC or licensing requirements). Information sharing to ensure consistent forklift, parts information and sharing discrepancies. Participate in regular and periodic compliance reviews and assessments (internal and externa
5% Customs rule and policy research and update
Researching relative customs rule and regulations when developing new import & export business, ensure alignment with the applicable governmental laws and regulations. Research laws, regulations, best practices, industry and company trends/changing circumstances
