职位描述：
工作内容 Job Content：
遵守ISO14001、 OHSAS18801、TS16949涉及的法律法规及相关要求。
Obey laws and regulations of ISO14001、 OHSAS18801、TS16949 and relevant requirement.
a. 主导车间日常生产管理，包括生产现场管理、人员管理、质量和安全生产等；
  Lead the management of workshop daily production including production on-site management, personnel
  management, quality and safety management and etc.
b. 控制工单料、工、费的差异、整理及分析生产数据，如有异常制定相应的改善措施；
  Control the production order deviation in material, labor and machine cost, sorting and analysis of production
  data, define corrective actions.
c. 保证生产计划的顺利完成，解决生产过程中的异常，潜在的问题的发现及拟定相应的解决方案；
  Ensure to complete the production plan, Solve the abnormalities in the process of production, Discover the
  potential problem and formulate the corresponding solution;
d. 确保生产所需原辅料、工具、设备等的正常使用；
  Ensure raw material supply in time, tooling and equipment required of production in normal operation
  condition.
e. 通过精益生产工具优化生产现场布局和提高生产效率；
  Optimize the layout of and improve production output by LEAN manufacturing tools.
f. 组织对检验中发现的不合格品进行处理；
  Organize to dispose defective part found during the inspection;
g. 依据5S规则对生产现场进行管理；
  Supervise and control production site on the basis of 5S rules;
h. 依据计划、技能等信息培训和布置人员；
  People training and personnel assignment on the basis of production plan and personnel skills.
i. 在部门内创建团结、高效的团队作风；
  Build up unity and high-efficiency team culture.
j. 加强与部门内各职能单位及与其他部门间的沟通，确保有序的生产活动；
  Enhance the communication with the other function area in department and the other departments.
  Ensure orderly production activities.
k. 经理交待的其它待办事项。
   Other tasks assigned by department manager.

任职资格 Qualification:

教育背景:
◆本科及以上正规学历，机械类、化学类或管理类专业

培训经历:
◆精益生产管理和六西格玛相关培训
经 验:
◆注塑汽车行业生产管理5年及以上工作经验

技能技巧:
◆熟悉现代制造业的管理模式和人力配置
◆熟悉注塑、组装和注胶产品的生产流程和工艺
◆优秀的自学能力、较强的动手能力和实践意识
◆流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力
