职位描述：

Purpose of the job

Participate in mill safety and health management system running. Involve in Safety Standardization setting up and certification process. Support mill on going project to ensure project OHS compliance and good safety performance

Key tasks

1. Assist to develop the Company Health and Safety Management system and monitoring the implementation.

2. Support and advise to Production and Maintenance area in safety issues.

3. Make safety inspection and risk analysis to detect existing and potential risks and determines corrective and preventive measures.

4. Arrange and conduct safety training, promotion and communication to improve employee and contractor awareness and competence of safety in the responsible area.

5. Participate in operation/project accident & incident investigation and provide support on corrective and preventive actions and follow up to closure.

6. Manage of safety related change issues including new material, equipment and process.

7. Develop the safety management of contracted construction project and monitoring the contractor to comply with UPM’s health and safety policy and other relevant regulations.

Prerequisites

· Colleague degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Engineering

· Certified National Safety Engineer preferred;

· At least 3 years professional EHS experience in EHS Management system (e.g. OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001/SA 8000) in a MNC.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results.

· Good English both in writing and oral is preferred.

· Good PC skills.
