职位描述：
职责描述：
1. Monitoring on-site 5s performance, supervise implementation of fixed location management (machines, tooling fixtures, gauges, containers, racks), make sure production environment is great.
监控现场的5S工作，监督实施定置管理（设备、工装、模具、检具、工位器具、物流盛具等），确保良好的生产环境。
2. Carry on corporate quality policy and working plan, lead work with KPI system.
执行公司下达的质量方针和质量工作计划，以公司的指标系统领导各部门的工作。
3. Push lean production keep going, cut the cost and improve benefit continually, keep improving production and logistics condition and on-site management.
推动实施精益生产，不断降本增效，持续改进生产、物流现场管理。
4. Responsible for the logistics operation, sure the on time delivery, control the DOH and reduce the logistics cost.
负责物流工作，保证客户的交付，库存的控制以及物流费用的降低。
5. Responsible for the maintenance, ensure all the equipment is running well and control the cost.
负责设备部门的工作，确保所有设备工作正常和维修成本的控制。
6. Responsible for department administration management and employees work assessment.
负责本部门的行政管理工作及对部门员工的工作考核。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in plastic injection industry related field;
本科以上学历，注塑相关专业背景；
2. At least 5 years working experience in related area , 3 years or more is in the management position;
5年相关行业的工作经验，其中3年在管理岗位；
3. Master ISO9001,QS9000 (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).,quality management system, and production management、lean production、6sigma;
掌握ISO9001，QS9000（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、QSA）等质量管理体系。掌握生产管理、物流管理、精益生产，6西格玛等；
4. Have abilities of plan、organization、community and coordination, build team and cultivate team work ability, build
system and process ability, influence other ability;
计划组织、沟通协调能力，组建团队并培养团队合作能力，建立体系和程序能力，影响他人能力；
5. Able to communicate in Chinese and English;
能够应用中文和英文进行交流；
6. Being honest and responsible, Objectivity & Fairness.
