General Summary

Lead the chemistry lab and provide a technical and managerial support to the plating production.

Essential Job Responsibilities

l Schedule the chemical analysis timeline for Lab

l Monitor all the chemical analysis data and testing results to properly control the process chemical bath

l Properly plan the chemical and material consumption, and monitoring everyday

l Properly control all the chemical makeup and replenishment to maintain the process bath as optimization

l Properly control the Lab analysis instruments, and properly maintenance, calibration

l Schedule the process maintenance and monitor when implementing on line

l Properly maintain the chemical to preventing any contamination.

l Properly control the special equipment as ERU, Evaporator/Recovering system, and Chrome DI unit. And the maintenance should be taken care.

l Standardize the procedure for lab analysis, testing, calibration, maintenance; and process control, process maintenance; and chemical control.

l Properly plan the training schedule and requirement for chemist, and responsible for all the training

l Comply with safety program and well control the chemical and lab safety

l Properly control and maintain 5S for lab, chemical tanks, and storage area.

l Responsible for new products and new process optimization

l Responsible for team supervision and performance review

l Properly reporting all the issues and performance

l Responsible for improvement, and assist plating manager for any improvement

l Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

Qualification

l College education, major in chemistry, 5 years experience, and over 3 years experience in plating chemistry management.

l Good communication skill and team work.

l Carry out duties with limited/no supervision

l English skill is preferred
