Duties and responsibilities:
1Support Catering Sites in Greater Shanghai
Control sites' food safety and workers' occupational safety situation and report to CI Department Manager in time
Develop new systems to increase:
EHS Program Implementation by:
Reviewing, customizing/improving our CAT SOP
? Defining and implementing new checks
? Defining and implementing new reports
? Defining, implementing and performing Training
? Monitoring any changes of the law regarding CAT business and updating our processes/SOP accordingly
?Evaluating and analyzing the EHS performance
Site Operations Performance by:
? Optimizing on site staff organization by cross Training
?Controlling the storage and deliveries for food and non-food supplies
? Identification of potential Food Safety and Occupational Safety Hazards
? Monitoring and Evaluation of cooking / production processes and compliance to food safety procedures
? Customizing/improving our Catering Surveys
? Analyzing Catering Quality Survey results and take actions
? Performs announced and unannounced Quality & Food Safety Reviews & Audits of our CAT sites.
? Implements, Follow-up and Monitors' Implementation of Business Continuity Contingency Plan in relations to local, national and global Food Safety and Workers' Safety Issues.
?Implementing a "learning organization" by process and Training implementation
? Perform any other tasks assigned by Management

2Improve customer service
Keep close relationship with customers when needed (long term on-site system implementation)
? Be pro-active in providing customer food safety and workers occupational safety solutions that can improve our service and image
? Check whether training situation is held according to schedule and requirement
