职位描述：
Principal Responsibilities
1.PO Operation
-Search available stock for standard materials and quoted for each module to save PPV
-Release PO to supplier
-Pull in or postpone PO according to Sales Order schedule.
-Pass due PO and early shipment management.
-Pass due PR management
2.Pricing management
-Ensure PO price is the latest agreed price.
-Spot buy price approve.
3.Quality management
-Cooperate with QA department for damage shipment.
-RMA and repair management.
4.Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
1;The knowledge of Electronic Manufacturing Process, be familiar with Resistor, Cap. ,IC, Relay & PCB & metal/plastic mechanical part, and understand the related process.
2;The knowledge of purchasing principle and procedure
3;Strong communication skill in English, and with internal CFT colleagues
4;Be familiar with MRP system, computer skill and language capability
5;The cost control and inventory reduction ability
6;Six years of related procurement experience in EMS industry.
