职位描述：

*Main Responsibilities:

1.Maintain the lab area,

2.Complete the V&V testing

3.Maintain the testing fixtures

4.Ensure the V&V testing is under design control procedure and all results are valid

5.Ensure the lab assets are well organized

6.Ensure the lab management procedure are well followed

7.Finish the V&V testing activities together with other engineers

8.Lab management, like equipment, fixtures and tools, etc

9.Standardize the testing procedure and methods

10.Develop special testing tool or fixtures for the product

11.Test fixture design, verification and maintenance

12.Assist to complete engineering daily work.

13.Provide technical support for troubleshooting of the PCBA issue, testing fixture issue, etc

*Work Experience:

1.5+ years engineering experience in electronic area or testing

2.Medical device background or work experience is preferred

3.PCBA testing Fixture design and development experience is preferred

4.Product’s test experience is preferred, such as IEC 60601-1 relevant test and UL test.

5.Working on the PCBA design or manufacturing company, testing function is prefered

*Education & Certifications: Bachelor degree or above in electronic Engineering, or related.

*Required Knowlegde, skills:

1.Be familiar with PCBA testing fixture software and hardware tools, like the Labview, DAQ card, power supply, or any other useful tools.

2.Be familiar with testing protocol, testing reports design and development

3.Be familiar with the testing tool for Electronics

4.DOE experience is preferred

5.Lab management experience is preferred

6.Be good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

*Languages: Good English both in read & written.

*Personal Characteristics:

1.Good problem solving skills

2.Self-motivated, Proactive, team working and positive thinking.

3.Can work under high pressure.
