Key Accountability

Financial Accounting

1. Conduct accounts journal data verification and input

2. Lead cost accounting & fixed asset management

3. Review accounting vouchers and ensure the disbursement application is in compliance with company policies

4. Prepare Business Unit’s budget and provide comments to management team for performance management

5. Direct and coordinate cost effectiveness initiatives that are in line with Company objectives

Accounting & Reporting

1. Prepare cost analysis report

2. Prepare monthly group accounting report

3. Assist to prepare audited financial report

4. Direct and monitor timely and accurate financial reports and submit to Finance Manager.

5. Conduct Business Unit’s financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to Finance Manager on analysis of financial trends at Business Unit level and Business Unit’s financial performance

6. Coordinate external audit program and review the accuracy of audited financial report

7. Support S&M on price book setting

Internal Process

1. Direct assets examination and report any findings to Finance Manager and ensure the effectiveness of proposed improvement plan

2. Ensure accounting policies and ERP SOP are followed within the organization and explain to employees for related questions

3. Ensure accounting policies with adequate internal control to meet management objectives

4. Support Corporate Process Manager to conduct internal

5. process improvement project to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal process

Tax & Legal

1. Review reconciliation between accounting and tax report and ensure the company complies with tax regulations.

2. Review transfer pricing report

3. Prepare corporate tax filing report

4. Propose tax saving program

Managing People

1. Assist FM to coach FIN staff in accounting tasks

2. Implement and monitor individual targeted work result

3. Ensure effective teamwork and communication across function and within own department
