1. Responsible for preparing WI of machine; 负责编制各设备(含模具)的操作规程
2. Responsible for preventing maintenance of machines and analyzing of machine failure; 负责设备(含模具)预防维护保养计划的制定和执行，设备故障趋势分析
3. Responsible for spare parts list of all kinds of machines; 负责建立各类型设备(含模具)的备品备件清单
4. Responsible for supervise 6S of all machin; 负责监督设备(含模具)清洁保养及生产现场环境改善，大力推行6S活动
5. Responsible for planning of factory and machines, and improving efficiency of all production lines; 负责实施工厂和设备(含模具)的策划，改进公司生产线以提高效率
6. Responsible for electric and boiler house of company; 负责公司配电房和锅炉房的管理
7. Supporting to improve the production line and instrumental of work place; 协助完成生产线及工位器具的改造
8. Responsible for training and checking employees about operation of machines; 负责公司员工的设备操作技能培训并考核

9. Responsible for choosing of machine; 负责设备选型

2．PERSON REQUIREMENT（任职资格）
The position requires the following personal capabilities for acceptable performance：E.g. education, experience, age, gender, language, specialty, competencies etc.:

1. 本科学历，机械或电气专业University graduate major in mechanical or electric engineering



2. 具有较强机械设备或电气专业知识 Good professional mechanical or electrical knowledge
3. 熟悉设备管理工作Familiar with equipment management
4. 安全意识强，具备发现和应急处置设备安全隐患Strong safety sense and able to find and deal with the
5、 emergent incident about equipment
6. 3年以上相关工作经验Over 3-year relevant working experiences
