职位描述：

As a new product development project coordinator, you will be responsible for initiation, implementation and monitoring of the project during all the defined NPD phases which require extensive cross-functional, cross-site and cross-country coordinated efforts. Projects will primarily involve developing of new products, and will follow up from idea stage to the final launch of the new product in the market to ensure the on-time and quality of the new products.

You will have primary responsibility for:

- Serve as the contact window to the external customers, and define the specification with customers, and then communicate with NPD team for all resources, and work out the product development plan
- Formulate the development schedule tracking sheet, and update the status to the team and management on a weekly basis
- Plan and monitor the development cost against the Capital Expenditure(CAPEX) Annual Operation Plan(AOP) with refined running plan regularly
- Identify risks, and work out solutions to get the project back to the track
- Facilitate and expedite the communicate among team members, internal and external associates to bridge the communication gap
- Do other job as assign.

任职要求：
1) Bachelor degree in mechanical or Industrial design
2) English skills - Conversational & written
3) Good Communication Skills
4) Project Management skill is a plus
5) Prefer local people/new shanghainese
