Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all on-spot inspection for in-process parts, analysis the abnormal inspection result.

负责模具课现场各加工工件检验、抽检、模具组装验证、能对检验出来的异常工件记录分析;

2. Strong execution of 5S management on production line;

管控现场5S。

3. Responsible for dimension checking, inspection on in-process parts, come out with 8D & dimension report;

负责模具制作过程中的模具零部件检验，分析8D报告和尺寸报告。

Requiresments:

1. Above 3- 5 years related experience in tooling manufacturing QC.

在QC模具制造方面有3-5年的工作经验。

2. Familiar with ISO quality system and tooling standard components, able to read tooling drawing and operate 2.5D projector, CMM, each type of measuring instruments; good coordination ability.

熟悉ISO质量体系，会看模具图纸检验，熟悉零部件标准，能操作2.5D投影仪, 三次元，和各种量具；具有良好的沟通协调能力。

3. Good at oral and written English.

英语读写良好。
