For pre-sales:
? Assist Marketing/sales to look for new business opportunity from technical view;
? Further study customer specification and requirement;
? Work with PM and advanced engineer to clear the marketing requirements and develop new products and application solutions;
? Work with the customer design engineer to provide the best solution for spec-in suitable contactor and keep good relationship with customer designer;
? Initiate the validation test plan together with customer & design test method for new application;
? Clearing complicated application conditions and customer requirement,delivery to PE for drawings creation or updating, and approval the drawings;
For after marketing:
? Assist the quality engineer to do root-cause analysis or technical supporting in customer complain issues;
? Lead to solve the application issues for customer.
? Develop engineering analysis capabilities in region and standardize workflow to improve work efficiency;
?Support product line request within engineering department.
