Reporting to: Vice-President, Operations & Technical(Singapore)

Duties & Responibilities:
Develop facility concepts and designs to optimize space utilization, personnel flow, material flow, and utilities. Implement facility plans to optimize cost of goods and use of available space at existin and new facilities;
Develop and implement plans to maintain facilities and utilities and infrastructure systems by emphasizing the development and implementation of a preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize costs and availability;
Plan and lead facilities and infrastructure operations a cost-efficient, optimal environment for lean-manufacturing operations;
Implement World Class manufacturing tools to improve the overall Operation of the company;
Support operations and project team by anticipating problems, providing input on solutions, reacting productively to change and handing other tasks as assigned;
Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement;
Monitor facilities activities and ensure service levels are delivered in line with site requirements;
Responsible for Troubleshooting and record keeping of facilities and Utilities equipment used;
Work closely with Engineering Team in Singapore to ensure all practices are compliance to corporate policies;
Ensure line management risk assessment documentation is kept up to date;
Prepares reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems;
Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
Degree in any Engineering field;
Min 5 to 8 years of working experience in manufacturing environment;
Strong maintenance management background with LEAN and 6 sigma exposure;
Able to write and converse well in English.
