Job Description:

1. Experience in set up of injection molding, Blow Molding & Extrusion machine. Preferably 6 ~ 8 years
2. Overall responsible of P&L
3. Responsible for providing production and industrial engineering expertise to the Product Team to drive targets for quality, output, waste, machine and Operator efficiency.
4. Support in problems investigation relating to production, analyze and implement corrective actions relating to equipment, process, material and labor.
5. Develop and utilize daily/hourly production metrics with which to monitor and coordinate production ,that meet expectations set by the Master planning schedule
6. Establish effective communication routines/reporting to share key manufacturing data with critical stakeholders
7. Lead the team to achieve harmony working environment so as to produce the best result for the organization
8. Perform cost reduction activities involving equipment, product and process
9. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing techniques and tools to achieve continuous improvements in manufacturing, including increase in inventory turns, decrease in costs, reduction in lead times, and increase in capacity to aid in meeting company strategic goals
10. Conduct the Product team value stream mapping and thereafter review and derive continuous improvement opportunities through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and validation methodologies
11. Carry out project management in the new/transfer production line set-up and continuous improvement projects in a timely and cost-effective way; and compliance to quality, environmental, safety and regulatory requirements
12. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements:
·Degree in Engineering with minimum 5-8 years of experiences in a medical device manufacturing environment.
·Familiar with cGMP, FMEA, SPC, Risk Management, ISO 13485 .
·Good technical knowledge in process, production equipment and molding machinery are essential.
·Good command of both verbal and written English
·Experience in the 10k clean room manufacturing environment
·Familiarized with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
