职位描述
Job Description:
1. Lead the Quality Management Team to achieve business objectives.
2. Provide "hands on" leadership to manage/resolve quality and delivery problems, determining root cause, gathering and analyzing data and implementing corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste resulting from non-conformances, scrap or reclaim.
3. Foster "excellence" through a solid Quality Management System (QMS), facilitating and writing quality procedures for the purpose of maintaining/updating the workshop quality system and support quality system audits, review results with audit team.
4. Monitor quality activities for part approval, verify manufacturing processes (control plans, assembly instructions) and confirm process capability.
5. Handle OE customer complaints
6. Understand OE requirements and set up the related system in factory
Job Requirements
1. Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience, required.
2. Five (5) years related Quality Systems experience, required.
3. Knowledge of tyre manufacturing and control, required.
4. Certification of QS9000, ISO9001, or TS16949 experience, preferred.
5. Familiarity with "World Class" manufacturing or total quality management philosophy, preferred.
6. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), preferred.
7. University (4 year) degree in a Business / Engineering / Technology / Science / Math discipline, preferred.
8. OE experience is desired
9. Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
10. Excellent listening skills essential.
11. Strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills.
12. Must be detail oriented with complete follow through in all projects
13. Proficient PC skills to include: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio.
