职位描述

公司背景：德资世界500强重工业
Goal of Position
Capacity balance for work centres belongings to the department;
Scheduling production plan for steps and coordinate them in such way allowing equal use of capacity, while meeting deadlines and minimizing overtime requirement.
Main Functions
Follow job sequence for the different projects;
Subcontractors management in case of overload;
Schedule all material supplies ensuring the right material is available at the required time.
Checking the expirations of the procurements and of the production orders planned
Issue of the capacity and work load for department.
Maintenance of base data in ERP (SAP) system.
Partnership with other manufacturing departments for lead time monitoring.
Coordination with other department planners.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Experience with calculation of lead time.
Experience in production cycles in complex processes for big constructions.
Process thinking, systems approach.
Experience with scheduling of production orders .
Experience with ERP system, preferably SAP, especially with material management, bill of material.
Planning system PERT and GANTT and simulation tools
Good communication skills.
English fluent in spoken and writing.
Experience with external procurement times for type of material.
