Function:
* Team lead and coordination for execution of service jobs on time with safety and quality.
* Communication with EU for technical issues
* Support/coordination of continuous improvement groups (CIP)
* Finding and implementation of measures to prevent future non conformities (lessons learned, best practices)
* Workshop set up and investment management
Responsibilities:
* Technical failure analysis and diagnosis and jobs execution.
* Stock-check of received machinery components (e.g. rotors, stator parts, bearings, couplings, casings, gears). Failure analysis and diagnosis based on the findings. Report generation for internal and external use.
* Determine scope of repair and perform work process planning together with engineering team
* Monitoring and expediting of work progress

Qualifications:
* Mechanical Engineering background
* Experience in failure diagnosis and analysis of complex machinery
* Experienced in the use of engineering documents (drawings, specifications, work procedures)
* Leadership, communication and Management skills
* English fluent in spoken and writing
