岗位职责
1、贯彻执行公司薪资福利管理制度；
2、汇总员工薪酬数据、编制公司劳动报酬工资表；
3、建立工资台账，准确发放工资；
4、申报个人所得税；
5、缴纳社会福利相关款项，办理社会保险相关证件；
6、跟踪、分析公司内部薪酬数据，收集市场薪酬信息。

任职资格
1、大专以上学历，具有三年以上员工薪酬管理、社会福利保险管理的实际操作经验，熟悉国家劳动人事政策法规；
2、有一定的英语听说读写能力，有外企工作经验者优先;
3、良好的职业道德素养,仔细认真,稳重,守秘，良好的沟通和理解能力，处事灵活、有条理；
4、数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析，熟练操作相关办公软件。

Responsibilities：
1. Carry out the C&B management regulations and policies；
2. Collect the staffs' salary datas， make salary sheet；
3. Responsible for the accounting of the daily salary and bonus；
4. Responsible for income tax declaration；
5. Responsible for the pay of various welfare fees.
6. Regularly investigate and research the salary of the key/special posts or core staff of the company; make regular market salary research.

Qulifications：
1. College degree or above，at least 3 years practical working experience in the field of C&B management， familiar with China Labor law and related regulations and laws；
2. Basic English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking，multinational company working experience would be a preference；
3. Good career ethics，detail-oriented，excelente communication and understanding ability；
4. Good at data analysis，familiar with office software.
