Job Description:

1.Analysis commodity market trend for annual budget/Define annual cost reduction projects
2.Ensure new RFQ to be done in compliance with policies & procedures/Develop and consolidate vendors according to vendor qualification procedure
3.Source appropriate materials to support new product development timely
4. Analyze respective commodities cost structure and develop action plan and ensure supply and most cost optimized
5. Negotiate with vendor for materials prices annually
6. Make cost reduction projects against annual target
7. Conduct contact, bidding, e-Auction for needed projects
8. Ensure vendors supply material to meet TE & industry environmental requirement, include ROHS, REACH and safety
9. Lead supplier identification, assessment, and supplier selection process, and business negotiation
10. Coordinate the business visit, maintain and update supplier database by collecting information from various sources;

Qualification

1.College graduate in engineering, manufacturing or business.
2.Five years experience in a manufacturing environment within procurement
3.Can endure high pressure
4. Fluent in oral and written English is preferred.
5. With Machining sourcing experience is preferred.

6. 根据年度成本，制定成本节约计划
7. 确保供应商提供的物料达到TE及工业环境的要求，包括ROHS/REACH及安全性
8. 主导供应商选择、鉴别、评估以及商务会谈
9. 协调商品拜访，多渠道收集供应商信息，维护更新供应商数据库，
岗位要求：
1. 工程、生产制造或商务专业大专及以上学历
2. 5年相关制造业经验
3. 优秀的抗压力能力
4. 流利的英文能力优先考虑
5. 具有加工业、磨具业采购经验优先
