Responsibility
1. Budgeting
? Assist in the process of developing and reviewing Rotam Corporate and global R& D and overhead budgets
? Provide accurate cash-flow projections to Corporate Finance/Account
? Provide monthly budget reports to Corporate Finance/Account and to budget stakeholders, working closely with them to enable them to make quality decisions
? Assist in development of the annual R&D Overhead budget
2 Internal Control
? Lead on any recommendations that are suggested by internal audit report or management
? Act as the first point of contact for the auditors internal or external, and communicate with them to ensure all questions can be answered efficiently.
? Prepare the draft annual R&D statutory accounts
3. Financial procedures
? Develop and maintain thorough account procedures for payments and invoices
? Ensure all finance/account records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements
? Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set out in the COMPANY financial guidelines.
? Review financial guidelines with Corporate finance/account
4. Management Support
? Ensure timely payment of debtors and invoicing of creditors
? Oversee staff benefits, training, and other overhead issues
? Support company's fundraising efforts through the provision of information for reporting purposes
? Ensure company maximizes its income through local Kunshan government aids to R&D
5. Management Responsibilities
? Ensure that R&D function acts in a manner adhering to Corporate policy and minimize fraud risks
? Attend supervision, team meetings, training junior staff
? Reporting to Financial Controller, Manage a member of staff in line with company's policies, procedures and ethos.
? Assist to Maintain effective working relationships with company's external partners.
? Work towards the achievement of company's strategy and annual business objectives
? Undertake other duties as Financial Controller should require in keeping with the responsibility of this post

Qualification
1. the person to look at it effectively in a broader perspective, he/she need an MBA degree. The skills the person would acquire during the study/work experience later, especially analysis would help feeding info to you regularly. Even if the person is doing some kind of MBA via correspondence course, it should be fine.
2. English command (both speaking and writing) is also essential!
