Job Responsibility

As a business partner with line manger provide advice and support of key position's orient and setting with finding talented people bested to clients in house.

· You'd have to totally understand who your client in house is looking for, the job role and what they expect of the person. It's your job to then find the best individuals for the job.

· Identify influencers and manage relationships with all line manager stakeholders.

· Gather candidate's information for specific assignments. Select suitable candidate for clients in house through effective screening and interviewing.

· Achieve good matches between clients' in house needs and candidates

· Writing profiles describing interviewed candidates

· Establish and update database and develop recruitment channel what should follow up the company's standard operating procedures.

· Continually strive to improve service levels, selection tools and processes ensuring that these fit into the client's in house strategic goals

Job Requirements

· Bachelor degree or Computer Science related major

· 3-5 years recruiting experience. In depth knowledge of the recruitment process and diverse sourcing methods

· Experienced in client development and relationship management

· Working knowledge of the Information Technology industry highly desirable

· Technology industrial experience or headhunting experience will be plus

· Demonstrate good communication and strong customer service skills

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English

· Familiar with computer skills and Office application etc.
