1. New process / equipment development & Change follow up
2. Prepare Installation and operation reports/ Work Procedure and Instructions.
3. Conduct and verify risk assessment for both quality and safety.
4. Conduct validation for production together with QA department.
5. Process Improvement.
6. To support machine maintenance, troubleshooting & upgrade production equipments.
7. Conduct training program for clean room Technicians
8. Supervise subordinates in training and job responsibilities.
9. Ensure good understanding of quality standard and requirement for clean room and
medical products that comply to ISO 13485 standard.
10.Responsible for all Quality Management System (QMS) documentation such as review
and update work instructions, training record and weekly maintenance records.
11.Evaluate process/equipment improvement and update validation protocol and report.
12.Updated record for spare parts and purchase requisition as to keep good track on
monthly expenses.
