Duties & Responsibilities :岗位职责

·Prepare customs handbook 准备海关手册
·Apply & close E-handbook 申请&核销电子账册
·Manage handbook balance 手册平衡管理
·Declare the customs & CIQ. Coordinate with local Customs & CIQ for the inbound & outbound inspection 协助当地海关进行进出口检验检疫
·Prepare and file the shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments and email shipping documents to customers 为进出口准备和发送船运单据
·Work with Import & Export agent. Control the transportation cost 与物流公司协助，控制运费
·To Coordinate with logistics company for raising & returning container 协助物流公司上柜回柜
·To Coordinate with customers for outbound shipment 与海关配合保证按时出货
·Check account with logistics company. Apply and follow up payment 与物流公司对账，提供和跟进付款情况
·Submit logistics work report to the superior.提交关务工作报告
·Handle defective goods & scrap 处理残次品和废料
·Other job assigned by the superior.主管要求的其他工作

Requirements岗位要求

·College above大专以上学历
·Min 3 years of working experience in abundant logistics experience至少3年以上关务经验
·Good communication and presentation skill and well self-management良好的沟通表达能力和自我管理能力
·Good English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing良好的英语听说读写能力
·Strong knowledge of China Custioms&trade compliance and familiar with HS code classification.较强的中国关务知识和商编归类
