职位描述：
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
? Support customer and manufacturing site for issue addressing and evaluation relative with contactor
? Pro-active identification of new requirements by directly contact with our customers
? Independent technical clarification of customer inquiries in directly contact with the customer
? Clarification of technical feasibility in accordance with the customer requirements in close cooperation with Engineering
? Technical advisory for Customers and technical cooperation with Sales & Service
? Ensuring customer satisfaction by finding fast and creative solutions to contactor requirement
? Keeps the Contactor forecast up to date on bi-weekly basis
? Close teamwork with Handler Sales Team
? Provides quotations to customers and negotiates price agreements with respect to Contactors
? Other ad-hoc assignment


Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with several years of professional experience in the relevant field
? Experience in the Test Contactor business is a plus
? Capability to read mechanic drawing, basic knowledge on mechanic software using
? Good fine-tune skill and interpersonal skill
? Ideally at least three years of professional practice in the field of ATE
? Fluent English skill is necessary for international communication
? Very structured and organized way of working
? Willingness to travel to subsidiaries and customer sites
? Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
