^{_{· Maintaining relationships with recruitment and selection companies (organization of schooling of personnel)}}

^{_{· Preparation of employment contracts and related addenda}}

^{_{· Preparing documents and conducting periodic evaluations of employees}}

^{_{· Development of schooling and training, department activity whenever required}}

^{_{· Complying activity on all the general rules of occupational safety, training for general introduction, with periodical checkups}}

^{_{Qualifications:}}

^{_{· Bachelor or master degree in human resource management}}

^{_{· minimum 5 years’ experience in managing an HR department in the electronics industry}}

^{_{· You have proven hands-on expertise on local legislation regarding income tax and social security rules}}

^{_{· You are well connected with the local authorities and have excellent communication skill.}}

^{_{· Native Mandarin speaker/writer. Fluent English in speaking and writing and we find knowledge of German desirable.}}
