职位描述
Title:HRM
Report to:General Manager
1. Position Summary and Mission
The HR Manager is responsible in creating, implementing and maintaining all initiatives and day-to-day activities needed in order to insure a highly efficient and proficient HR supports to business. In his/her role he/she will be part of the Management Team of JMTC. Directly subordinated to the GM, he/she will work in tight collaboration with the other managers.
2. Principal Responsibilities :
HR Management:
? Insure a proficient and efficient HR operational management (HR administration, HR data base, etc.)
? Coordinate with internal and external providers and business partners
? Monitor and manage all matters related to employees relations
? Insure a high quality HR assistance to GM and members of the management
? Performance evaluation
? Offer support and advice to GM in all matters related to internal communication
Training:
? Establish, implement and update the training strategy for the company in relation with the global business strategy
? Establish a competence matrix (existent vs needed) in relation with the performance review process and its outputs
? Follow up training demands and enrollment
? Manage the training budget
Recruitment:
? Define external recruitment channels (recruitment agencies, head-hunters, technical and business schools, etc.); create and manage an external providers network in order to attract new talents
? Design and implement an HR marketing policy in order to insure internal and external JMTC attractiveness
? Create and maintain an job description data base
? Under the responsibility of the GM and in collaboration with other members of the management and TESA Group/Hexagon, conduct, update and implement all HR projects and initiatives (training strategy, performance review, headcounts follow-up and reporting, C&B policies and systems, etc.)
Projects & Legal:
? Provide expert advice and follow up in legal aspects related to the work force
? Insure HR coordination and reporting with TESA Group and Hexagon, participate in HR local and international projects
3 Practical Experience:
Indicate the length and type of experience required to perform this job satisfactorily.
? 8+ years experience,Previous experience of min 3 years in a similar role.
? Familiar with the machinery industry
? Usual computer skills
? Self-motivated, flexible
? Business oriented and good communicator
