主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
1、Running Production area（生产区域的运行）
2、Ensures quality products are produced and packaged in correct quantities in accordance with specifications of customers and ISO standards保证产品质量和包装数量满足客户和ISO标准。
3、Meet production plan and timely delivery保证按计划生产以准时交付给客户。
4、Make sure and machine is running smoothly保证设备的平稳运行。
5、Analysis and trouble shooting for breakdowns影响生产的各种问题的分析和有效解决。
6、Process improvement生产工艺的持续提高。
7、Follow day to day machine PM执行设备的日常维护。
8、Involvement in new machine and equipment set up, adjustment 参与新设备的安装调试。
9、Ensures all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures确保班组内所有员工理解并执行公司的政策程序。
10、Ensures all employees work in a safe manner by following company regulations确保所有员工的生产行为符合公司的各种安全规程。
11、Leading the Team（班组管理）
12、Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible确保团队高效工作。
13、Assess training needs of staff and ensures execution of training制定员工的培训计划并确保执行。
14、Ensure adequate staffing to cover absenteeism and holidays, as well as normal operations合理安排班组人员的出勤以保证正常生产。
15、Make sure correct records of time and attendance of team班组员工的准确考勤。
16、Perform performance evaluations on a regular basis根据政策对员工进行考核。
17、Conduct relative trainings 执行相关的培训。

19、in customer complaint meetings 参加客户投诉会议。
20、Reviews employee concerns and issues 审核班组员工的反映的问题和相关事宜。
21、Maintains good housekeeping within department负责部门内的环境管理。

资格要求（Qualifications）：
1、Min university graduate or equivalent大学或相当学历。
2、Technical or engineering background技术或工程背景
3、Supervisory experience required, preferably in the plastics industry有相关主管经验，塑料行业尤佳。
4、Good process knowledge熟悉工艺控制。
5、Experience in set up / adjustment production line有生产线安装和调试经验。

资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
1、Proficiency in computer literate熟悉电脑操作。
2、Good at trouble shooting, analysis and judgment 善于故障分析和判断。
3、Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities 具有一定的领导技能，较强的人及管理和协调能力。
4、Training and coaching capabilities一定的培训和指导能力。
