1、汽车行业至少有3年的QE工作经验，对APQP、PPAP、FMEA、CP等手册及实物面操作有非常丰富的经验，有直接面对过比如SGM、SVW/FAW-VW等客户优先考虑。
2、专科以上学历，机械电子或机电一体化等相关专业；
3、了解汽车行业的相关体系，如：ISO/TS16949、FORMELQ、Q1等。
4、有丰富的装配、注塑、成型、喷涂等经验，懂电子技术者优先。
5、英语听说读熟练，熟练使用电脑，如：office、Excel、ppt等
