1.Acknowledge receipt of customer order within 1 working day and arrange delivery and inform customer within 2 working days;
2.Process customer order and arrange delivery
a. Enter and check to ensure order is entered correctly
b. Arrange transport and delivery to meet customer’s delivery datec. Prepare documentation – invoice, COA, DO"
3.Communicate and resolve customer problem in event of non-compliance of customer’s delivery date and order fulfillment ;
4.Assist and resolve any customer order and delivery issues promptly and tactfully;
5.Treat each communication with a customer as a chance to please and impress customer with his/her service and professionalism;
