Basic Purpose and Function:
Responsible to assist Costing Supervisor for all cost computations, standard cost establishment and monthly cost reporting.
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in accounting, finance
? At least 2 - 3 years Accounting working experience in multi-company manufacturing preferred
? Solid understanding of cost structure and cost accounting
? Good English speaking, reading and writing skills
? Strong math, organizational and analytical skills.
? Willing to learn and work overtime is needed
? Must be pay attention of daily work
? Familiar to American firm culture.
? Be Healthy, positive and optimistic.
Major Responsibility
Ensure the daily works are handle efficiently
Complete job for cut off and monthly closing timely and correctly
Always follow internal control requirements on costing, ensure product costing and inventory is reconciled to GL on a monthly basis
Assist Costing Supervisor to analyze, calculate costs correctly, as well as TP.
Assist Costing Supervisor preparing monthly reporting relating to manufacturing cost, inventory turn, variances analysis, LEAN project savings.
Assist Costing Supervisor in various variance and cost analysis.
Assist Costing Supervisor in monitoring inventory level, work closely with other departments in minimizing it by good analysis
Assist Costing Supervisor in preparing quarterly plan and yearly budget
