Working Task(details)工作描述:
? Program and update of automation devices, included robot, manipulators; constantly optimize the work of all equipment to eliminate the waiting time
程序和自动化设备的更新，包括机器人和机械手;不断优化的所有设备的工作，以消除等待时间
? Be able to program robot (controller ABB and FANUC)
会机器人编程（控制ABB和FANUC机械）
? Develop new tools and fixtures suitable for correct use of the equipment by worker
开发新的工装夹具以便于员工正确使用设备
? Develop work instructions and other specific instructions for workers
为工人编写作业指导书等具体说明
? Verify daily/weekly correct function of the equipment and eventually ask for specific maintenance activities
检验设备每日/每周正常的运转功能，并制订具体的最终的维修/保养活动
? Ensure fault-free operation for all assembly lines, once appear the troubleshooting can solve immediately and at the same time take responsibilities for regular maintenance and repair of the robot
确保装配线自动化无故障，及时解决机器人出现的故障，对机器人进行定期的维护和保养
? Training of employees on automotive machines, especially for the robot programming and debugging work, skills training for program and electrical knowledge
培训自动化操作员工，对机器人编程调试工，进行培训编程技巧及电气方面知识，
? Analyze and restore quality characteristics/datum after a breakdown of the machine
在机器停机后，分析与恢复质量特性与数据
? Optimization and setting of new and existing automotive processes, Involved in the optimization of the production line layout and process parameters, improve production efficiency and product quality
优化与设定新的与现有的自动化工艺，参与优化生产线布局和工艺参数，提高生产效率和产品质量
? Completing other tasks that manager and supervisor designated

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
? Associate degree or above, the major for machinery or electrician， having planning process and technical problem-solving ability, with 1 to 2 years of management experience is a plus
大专学历及以上，机械、电子等专业, 有机构制程规划与技术问题解决能力,具1~2年管理经验尤佳
? Electrician Mechanical engineer specialization in automation technology, complete special automation training is a plus
在自动技术上的专业的电子机械工程师，有过完整的自动化专业培训较好
? Advanced knowledge in programming, more than 3 years professional experience in automation (or robot), experience in manufacture industry is a plus
在编程上有丰富的经验，超过3年的自动化（或者机器人）专业工作经验，机械行业自动化整合经验较好
? Over two years programming and maintain related experience, and be familiar with ABB ,KUKA, FANUC Robot programming
两年以上机器人编程和维护经验,熟悉ABB、KUKA、FANUC机器人编程
? Robot production line integration with practical experience or AOI / automated programming experience, which has the ABB, Epson, Toshiba and other mechanical arm using experience preferred
具备生产线Robot整合实务经验或AOI/自动化程序设计经验，有ABB，Epson，Toshiba等机械手臂使用经验优先；
? Good knowledge for MS office software and CAD software (2D+3D)
良好的微软办公软件与CAD软件知识（2D+3D）
? Be able to work hard in different shift, different operation area and standby service on weekends.
能适应倒班、不同的工艺岗位与周末加班工作
? Good skill for communication and team working, good skill of English speaking and writing, foreign Company working experience is preferred
良好的沟通与团队合作能力，良好的英语能力，包括读与写, 有外企业工作经验者优先
? Good cooperation spirit, organization and coordination ability and skills, and having a team spirit, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and strong power to solve the problem during the work
