Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production control functions including capacity plan, master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling, and dispatching.
? Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
? Plan and schedule production activity to meet sales demands and forecasts,coordinate with all related Departments to make sure shipment can meet the requirement of end customers that includes but not limits to Manufacturing Capacity, Material Availability, Lead-time, Manpower, approval from necessary department and anticipating any problem that may arise to hinder us to meet customers' shipment requirement.
? Define the right Master Production Schedule organization structure to cope with the expansion plan of *** China and targeting 100% OTD performance.
? Maintain and update all necessary information of the JDE ERP system as required and JDE is running smoothly that can meet our Production and Material requirement. This includes but not limited to review BOM (Bill of Material), ECO (Engineering Change Order), MPS (Master Production Schedule)).
? Provide strong leadership to the China Planning Team for effective strategy implementation, identify staff training needs and coach the staff to bring them to the right level of competence.
? Generate and analyze management reports related to material and production planning in an accurate and timely manner.
? Anticipate and resolve any foreseeable problem that may hinder the production from meeting our customer's delivery requirement.

? Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university.
? 5 - 10 years of work experience in technical, metal, heat transfer, fluid control or pressure regulation and in multinational environment.
