职位描述：
A) 具体工作经验要求Working Experiences Requirements：
? 3-5 years experience.

B) 专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：
? Project management skills.
? Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
? Measurement and communications devices (RS232, Ethernet, Device net)
? Use and programming of analog devices (LVDT, Pressure Transducer, Load Cell)
? Allen Bradley PLC (Logix5000, Review HMI)
? Must have good trouble shooting skills

? To validate the production line
? To follow up process capabilities
? To audit production line
? To stop production line
? To support Customer Quality Support team technically

2. 工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Technical Engineering leader, the Automation Engineer has the responsibility of maintaining and improving the production machinery control systems.
Objectives are:
? To improve production lines according to Autoliv standards & cost targets by eliminating machine malfunctions and potential failure modes.
? Understand and apply specific company safety regulations and procedures associated automated and manual equipment used in the production of automotive airbag inflators.
? To be familiar with the design and assembly of Autoliv inflators.
? To assure the product and assembly process meets or exceeds Autoliv Standards.
? Interact with other engineers, program management and maintenance personnel.
?To be knowledgeable and experienced in the development, design, assembly, debug and qualification of production equipment.
Within ISO TS 16949 improves processes:
? Interact with production equipment, and recommend potential improvements to improve machine functionality and cycle time.
? Implements engineering approved and tested equipment modifications which are designed to improve production operations and machine efficiency.
? Maintain a machine program library with current versions of all production equipment programs.
? Keep an accurate history of previous revisions to production equipment programs.
? Assist with containment and solve actions if issues occur.
? Participate in Line & design workshops designed to continuously improve the inflator production process.
?Work with production associates, team leaders and production management to identify and prioritize production issues. Identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
?Help maintenance and production personnel to understand the functionality of production equipment.
?Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Technical Engineering Leader. 举报 分享
