职责

· 驻江苏昆山办公室，向香港总部之法律主任报告；

· 为一家全球公司内各业务单位提供法律支援，主要处理中国大陆之法律事宜及不同司法权区之工作；

· 工作包括但不限于主要起草及审阅中文法律合同及协议、收集及检阅外部法律意见、协助覆查公司政策以符合中国法律与法规，以及作为昆山办公室与香港总部之间之桥梁；

· 须与公司其他部门紧密合作，并与公司内部顾客／客户及外部单位各方沟通；

· 维护公司法律资料库及档案系统。

要求

· 3年以上职业律师工作经验或本科学历5年以上企业内部律师工作经验

· 愿意出差到其他地区办公室，能配合超时工作；

· 必须具备熟练的英文听说读写能力

· 具备良好工作态度、团队精神、积极主动；

· 具备良好组织及沟通能力；

· 能在紧迫时间内同时处理多项任务；

· 能在最少指导下独立工作。

RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Position based in-house in Kunshan and reporting to Legal Officer in the corporate office of HK.
2.Role is to provide legal support to all business units of a global company mainly dealing with legal matters in China and some work in different jurisdictions;
3.Work will include but not limited to drafting and reviewing mainly Chinese legal contracts and agreements, obtaining and reviewing external legal opinions, assisting with the review of Company policies in line with PRC Laws and Regulations and providing a link between Kunshan and the corporate office;
4.You will be required to work closely with other departments in the Company and to co-ordinate with internal customers/clients and external parties;
5.You will also be required to maintain a legal database and filing system.

REQUIREMENTS
1.Qualified lawyer with 3 years PQE or degree holder with 5 years of in-house legal experience;

2.Spoken and written English skills essential;

3.Good attitude, team player, self-motivated and positive attitude;

4.Good organizational and communication skills;

5.Ability to handle multiple tasks and within tight timelines;

6.Be able to work independently with minimum supervision;

7.Willingness to travel to other offices and work over-time occasionally
