职责描述：
1.参与年度培训发展计划调研及制定，根据年度计划及组织发展项目需要，进行内外部课程设计及开发
2.进行市场调研，引进适合组织发展的项目或课程，并进行外部资源开发及供应商维护
3.内部讲师团队建设及内部课程体系建设，提升讲师能力并帮助其进行课程优化或开发
4.作为内部讲师，根据组织需要定期开设公开课
5.进行培训效果评估设计并跟踪培训效果，对未达目标提出改善方案,提升培训效果
6.其他培训项目的设计与支持
任职资格:
1.本科以上学历，人力资源相关专业
2.培训工作经验5年以上，良好的授课技巧和课程开发能力
3.热爱培训行业，有一定影响力，勇于创新开拓，组织协调能力强
4.良好的英语听说读写能力
Job purpose of Training Assistant manager is responsibility for sourcing and development of internal and external course to match the needs of organization and employees’ development.
Key duties/responsibilities:
1.Participate in formulating and designing the annual training plan. Design and develop internal and external courses according to the annual plan and company requirement.
2.Do market investigation and study; introduce suitable programs and courses for company. Develop external resources and maintain suppliers
3.Build the internal trainer team and internal courses system, upgrade the trainer’s capability and help them to optimize or develop the courses.
4.Hold public classes as an internal instructor according to the company requirement regularly.
5.Evaluate and track training effect, set up improvement plan to improve the training effective.
6.Support on other training program’s design and operate.
Job Requirement:
1.Be bachelor and above degree and major in Human Resources Management or related.
2.Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in training, outstanding presentation and courses development skill
3.Love the training work and has strong influence ability. Be creative and innovative. Good at organization and coordination
4.With good English skill in both written and oral.
