ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Take the leader of QA function and cooperate with other functions, leading all quality relate activities to product quality

2. Take the lead or participate in the quality policy, guidelines, and procedure's develop, improvement and implementation

3. Customer complaints handling and coordination for corrective & preventive actions implementation

4. Participate of suppliers & toller qualification and product quality validation, improve and implement Rotam's reliable quality system to Suppliers and Tollers

5. Participate and contribute to Rotam quality culture build up and will be a trainer for other function on quality awareness enhancement

6. Maintain and improve on quality documentation system, data collection and reporting

7. Quality KPIs setting and monitoring

People specification

1. Technical degree in chemistry, quality or related discipline

2. Knowledge of chemical processing, quality assurance, plant operation

3. More than 5 years industrial experience, (chemical, pharmaceutical or cosmetic)

4. More than 3 years managerial experience on Quality assurance

5. Interpersonal awareness, Analytical Thinking, Positive and integrity, Work in pressure

6. Good business understanding and learn concept
